step by step :
1.Prepare the material
- Biscuit
- Chocolate sweetened condensed milk
- Butter
- Rice chocolate
2.Mash the biscuit with spoon on the bowl until small parts
3.Put the butter and Chocolate sweetened condensed milk on the bowl then knead the dough
4.Form the dough into balls
5.Then roll it around in the rice chocolate
6.Put it into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes or as you want
7.The chocolate balls ready to be served :)
